Winner of two Michelin Stars, Jean-Christophe Novelli, will be appearing at the Great Food and Drink Festival that is taking place on the grounds of Prestwold Hall from 30th April – 2nd May.
Jean-Christophe, who became the head chef of ITV’s Hell’s Kitchen in 2005, will be appearing on April 30th and will be doing three cooking demonstrations throughout the day, so don’t miss your chance to see him in action.
The chef, who has been dubbed ‘The Nations Favourite French Chef’, will be showing you some delightful dishes that you can make in your own home. After becoming a 5 out of 5, AA Rosette and multi Michelin Star award winner, he certainly knows how to put a great meal together that will get all of your senses going.
Novelli, who often makes appearances on TV shows such as This Morning and Loose Women, opened a cookery school in 2005. The Novelli Academy is a great place to learn healthy eating techniques, where he replaces salt and sugar with his own flavours, which you’ll be able to see at Prestwold Hall.
