Winner of two Michelin Stars, Jean-Christophe Novelli, will be appearing at the Great Food and Drink Festival that is taking place on the grounds of Prestwold Hall from 30th April – 2nd May.

Jean-Christophe, who became the head chef of ITV’s Hell’s Kitchen in 2005, will be appearing on April 30th and will be doing three cooking demonstrations throughout the day, so don’t miss your chance to see him in action.

The chef, who has been dubbed ‘The Nations Favourite French Chef’, will be showing you some delightful dishes that you can make in your own home. After becoming a 5 out of 5, AA Rosette and multi Michelin Star award winner, he certainly knows how to put a great meal together that will get all of your senses going.

Novelli, who often makes appearances on TV shows such as This Morning and Loose Women, opened a cookery school in 2005. The Novelli Academy is a great place to learn healthy eating techniques, where he replaces salt and sugar with his own flavours, which you’ll be able to see at Prestwold Hall.

There will be a vast variety of food, drink, crafts and entertainment on for all ages to enjoy at the incredibly beautiful grounds of Prestwold Hall for the festival. With a range of live music thrown in on each day which is performed by fantastic local talent, there certainly is something for everyone. With soft play areas, Punch and Judy shows and a whole lot more, even the little ones will have a fantastic day out!

With over a hundred stalls set to be at Prestwold Hall, you will not be disappointed in the variation, diversity and tastes that you’ll be able to acquire. There will be stalls from Mister V, Nachos Amigos, I Love Ostrich and a lot more including a range of artisan crafts.
