CDA are also be sponsoring the ever-popular children’s baking area which is run by Go Bake at the Great Food and Drink Festivals. The success of the baking area has gone from strength to strength and is a reason for two of our shows focusing on baking in the new year.
The brand new ‘Big Bake’ festivals will take place at Markeaton Park and Newstead Abbey in 2017 and will see the likes of Candice Brown, current GBBO champion, Rosemary Shrager, Nancy Birtwhistle and Molly Robbins demonstrating their brilliant baking abilities on stage.
The Great Food and Drink Festivals will still feature in their current format at a variety of venues throughout the year. Nottingham Castle will once again be the chosen venue to kick off the season. Two brand new venues, Lincoln Castle and Hardwick Hall, are also going to be hosting The Great Food and Drink Festivals for the first time this year.
Antonio Carluccio, Jean-Christophe Novelli, Adam Simmonds, John Torode and Michael Caines are just some of the fabulous chefs featured in the line-up this new year.
