D.O.B: 1954

Bio: Rustie Lee first came into the public eye with her appearances on TV-am in the 1980s. Following on from her success on TV-am as a chef, Rustie then went to host the ITV gameshow, Game for a Laugh, taking over from Sarah Kennedy.

In 2004, Rustie appeared on the celebrity reality show, I’m Famous and Frightened, where celebrities stayed in a castle for the weekend, doing a number of challenges to find paranormal activity. Rustie won over the public once more as she went on to be named winner of the series.

Rustie Lee currently makes occasional appearances on ITV shows, This Morning and The Alan Titchmarsh Show.

Rustie has also created several cookbooks including Rustie Lee Caribbean Cookbook (1985) and A Taste of the Caribbean (2007).

Something you didn’t know: Rustie Lee isn’t just a chef and TV Personality, she has also recorded an album called Invitation to Party, which included covers of ‘Barbados’ and ‘My Toot Toot’.

Where / When can you see her?: You can see Rustie at The Great Food and Drink Festival which is coming up on May Bank Holiday. She will be performing three cooking demonstrations on Monday 30th at Nottingham Castle.
