Full Name: Tom Kerridge
D.O.B: 27 July 1973
Bio: Tom’s first role in a professional kitchen came in 1991, 18 years old, as commis chef at Calcot Manor in Telbury. He went on to move around a few restaurants, as chef de partie, before joining Rhodes in the Square as sous chef in 1999 under the guidance of Gary Rhodes.
In 2001 he became head chef for the first time at Bellamy’s Dining Room and then at Great Fosters in Surrey.
After taking roles as senior sous chef and head chef, it was in 2005 he opened his gastropub ‘The Hand & Flowers’. One year on, in 2006 it gained its first Michelin Star and went on to make history in 2012, becoming the first pub to have 2 Michelin Stars to its name.

Something you (probably) didn’t know: Tom Kerridge was a child actor who appeared in Miss Marple Christmas special and London’s Burning.
